How it works
Understanding your plan
Active property counting
Only properties with status 'active' count towards your plan limit. Archived properties remain readable and exportable but don't use a slot.
Plan changes
Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades that would exceed the new limit require you to archive properties first.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period, then switches to read-only. Your data stays safe and exportable.
Data retention and export
Your reports, photos and property data are always exportable. Finalised report snapshots are retained according to your organisation's retention settings.
Trial access
Your 14-day trial includes full core platform access. No card is required. When the trial ends, choose a plan to continue creating new properties and reports.
